Summer sublet available in great neighborhood

I just found out that I’m going to be out of town for the summer months (May-August), so I’m looking for someone to live in my apartment while I’m gone. It’ll be fully furnished with a bed, desk, side table, etc etc.

You’ll be sharing the apartment (not the room) with 2 other guys: a 26 year-old law student at UC Berkeley, and a 25 year-old EECS PhD student at UC Berkeley. They’re both good friends of mine (and each other) so the atmosphere is respectful and relaxed. They’re both very busy as well, so you’ll have the place to yourself quite a bit of the time.

The apartment itself is in pretty good shape (and, relative to most of the dirtholes in Berkeley, in immaculate condition), on the third floor of a 70s-era building with plenty of natural light. There’s a large living room with comfy furniture, a big bathroom with two sinks, and a parking space.

The apartment is located in the Elmwood neighborhood of Berkeley, which is a great place to live. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Telegraph shops and campus, a 5 minute walk to the Elmwood shops, 2 minutes from Willard Park (a great hangout in the summer), and it’s 15 minutes from both the Rockridge and Berkeley BART stations.

I’m looking to fill this place as soon as possible, so contact me soon.
